End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”)

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this End-User License Agreement:

Agreement means this End-User License Agreement.

Application means the software program named OnSoCo.

Application Store means Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Company refers to OnSoCo, 3360 Post Office Rd Unit 7957, Woodbridge, VA 22195-8296.

Content means any text, images, videos, or other material submitted or displayed through the Application.

Contest means a user-created activity hosted within the Application that allows participation, submissions, voting, or ranking.

Country refers to Virginia, United States.

Device means any device capable of accessing the Application.

Third-Party Services means services or content provided by third parties.

You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Application.
Acknowledgment
By clicking “I Agree,” downloading, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by this Agreement.
This Agreement is between You and the Company only, not the Application Store. The Company is solely responsible for the Application and its content. The Application Store is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement.
The Application is licensed, not sold, to You.
License
Scope of License
The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application in accordance with this Agreement and the Application Store’s terms.
Commercial Use Clarification
The Application may be used by individual users and authorized business or professional accounts, subject to the Company’s Terms of Service and platform policies. Unauthorized resale, sublicensing, or abuse of the Application is prohibited.
License Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Application

Remove proprietary notices

Commercially exploit the Application outside permitted use
Content
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for Content submitted under Your account. The Company does not pre-screen all Content but reserves the right to remove Content that violates this Agreement.
Prohibited Content
You may not submit Content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, malicious, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable, including attempts to solicit payments, personal data, or off-platform engagement.
Contests, Entries, and Platform Role
OnSoCo is a platform that enables users to create, host, browse, and participate in user-generated Contests.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the Application, the Company does not sponsor, administer, guarantee, or endorse user-created Contests. Each Contest is managed by the user or entity identified as the Contest owner.
The Company provides the technical infrastructure only and does not guarantee Contest outcomes, voting results, or prize fulfillment.
Prizes, Rewards, and No Guarantee of Winning
Most Contests are offered for entertainment, creativity, or recognition purposes and do not include prizes.
If a Contest includes a prize, the prize details must be clearly disclosed in the Contest description. Responsibility for prize fulfillment rests solely with the Contest owner unless the Company expressly states otherwise.
The Application does not operate as a lottery, sweepstakes, or gambling platform. No purchase is required to enter or create Contests unless permitted by law and clearly disclosed.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. Users under 18 represent that they have parental or guardian consent.
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Certain Contests may impose additional eligibility requirements.
User Content License Grant
By submitting Content, You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such Content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Application.
You retain ownership of Your Content.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Modifications, Updates, and Support
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Updates may change or remove features. The Company is not obligated to provide maintenance or support except where required by law.
Third-Party Services
The Company is not responsible for Third-Party Services accessed through the Application. Use of Third-Party Services is at Your own risk.
Privacy Policy
Use of the Application is subject to the Privacy Policy located at

Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by You or the Company. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Application.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from Your use of the Application or violation of this Agreement.
No Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You through the Application or USD $100, whichever is greater, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Product Claims
The Company, not the Application Store, is responsible for product-related claims.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent that You are not subject to U.S. embargoes or restricted-party lists.
Changes to This Agreement
The Company may modify this Agreement with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with applicable Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement governing use of the Application.
